Facilities Heart care associates are deeply committed to the highest standards of excellence in medical care. At the same time we place a lot of importance on the traditional values of hospitality and compassionate patient care. Our primary concern is to ensure that your health and comfort receives special attention and that you are given the best possible care. We have posted a few pictures of the facilities normally used by us.

Registration and Airport pick-up/transportation

Once you register online with your arrival details (your date of arrival, time of arrival,) and flight details (flight Number and name of the airline), you will be picked up by a representive from the airport or point of arrival, and taken to the the accommodation booked for you. Your hospital registration will be done and your appointment with the HCA doctor made. You will be taken to the hospital and meeting with the doctor facilitated. Subsequently you will be admitted as per the doctors advice.

  • A comprehensive range of facilities ensures that all the expertise necessary for your well-being is made available.
  • If you are very ill an ambulance will be arranged from the airport and in case of emergency, you will be first admitted in the Emergency unit and later shifted to the room.
  • A cot or a couch will be provided in your room to facilitate the stay of your attendant. In the General Wards, a reclining chair is provided during the day.
  • For children under 5 years two attendants will be allowed in priv ate rooms. In general wards one attendant can stay with the child
  • When a patient is shifted to CT ICU / CCU the attendants may vacate the room and avail the services of the waiting hall which is located at a convenient location close to the ICUs or move to the hotel accommodation or shift to their near by accomodation.
  • Patients availing credit facility have to provide an authorization / credit letter from the company, or if covered by insurance will need prior approval which should be handed over at the admission counter during the time of admission.

Semi-Private Room

This is an air-conditioned room with 2 beds separated by a screen and a washroom. This has a television and a couch.

General Ward

This is similar to a dormitory with 4 to 5 beds and a common washroom. Every bed is provided with a cupboard, food trolley.

Private Ward

Air-conditioned room with single bed and a washroom. This has a telephone, television and a couch for the attender.

Executive Deluxe Ward

Very tastefully done up single room with internet palour and pantry on the floor

Ultra Deluxe Ward – suite

  • Attached lounge to relax or receive visitors.
  • Easy access to bath / toilet, with phone and alarm switch in toilet.
  • Cordless wi-fi internet connection so that it can be operated from the bed, refrigerator
  • Extra couch for an accompanying person to sleep
  • 24 hour pantry and laundry service on the floor

Deluxe Ward special

Cordless wi-fi internet connection so that it can be operated from the bed, easy access to Bath/ toilet with phone and alarm stitch in toilet. Extra couch for an accompanying person to sleep.
